Protected Team Results
OpsMentum collects weekly feedback about work. Manager dashboards show protected team results rather than individual answers. Publication requires a minimum of four respondents and participation and data-quality checks. Results that fail those checks are withheld.
1. Data Controller vs. Data Processor Roles
Under the UK GDPR, our data protection responsibilities depend on the context of the interaction:

2. Response Privacy Controls
The application applies these controls. They are not a guarantee that identification is impossible in every situation:
- Minimum Sample Threshold: Whenever a team has fewer than four respondents (n < 4), all scores and breakdowns for that cycle are completely suppressed from the dashboard.
- Limited Identifiers: Responses use pseudonymous identifiers. Restricted identity links support participation controls and scheduled erasure. Pseudonymous data is not the same as permanently anonymous data.
- Zero Keystroke or Activity Tracking: OpsMentum does not install local daemons, record keystrokes, track idle time, or inspect browser history.
3. Exclusion of Special Category (Health) Data
The check-in is designed for feedback about work, not for collecting the following information. Do not include it in free-text answers:
- No mental or physical health records or diagnoses.
- No clinical, therapeutic, or occupational health evaluations.
- No biometric, genetic, or sensitive demographic data.
4. Data Retention & Security
Hosting location, provider encryption settings and retention commitments must be confirmed for your deployment and agreement. This page does not certify a hosting region or encryption standard. Contact privacy@opsmentum.com for data-handling and deletion requests.
